Square foot ferrules without cross hole adopts hot forging process to make the square foot having stronger loading than welding. After pre-embedding, a fixed position is formed in the reinforced concrete structure to realize the lifting or moving of the concrete components with lifting loop,connect steel bar or the fixing in the reinforced bar grid, and the load strength is transferred to the solidified concrete structure.
Rb internal thread is tapped inside of socket, It can directly connect and fasten the external thread rebar and be directly fixed in the reinforced structure. The surface treatment is hot dipped galvanized having better anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions than ordinary zinc plating to increase usage time.
